Phil Barrett is an experienced leader, mentor and investment strategist, with a global view of real estate markets honed by years on investment committees with a focus on the mitigation of investment risk.  He has been a fiduciary for his clients and managed his own commingled real estate funds through the cycle.

Phil has knowledge of the operational aspects of the investment management business having helped run a global real estate business.

Phil has a detailed understanding of the causes and impact of Climate Change.  He has studied the options required to mitigate and adapt to Climate change with a focus on reducing emissions and carbon used in the Built Environment.
